I agree…

I tried to take the hiloidays off from political worries. I made it through Bhutto, but then I ran across this Newsweek piece [below], and my blood reached a boil. I don’t like Wexler’s delivery, but I agree with his message. It’s time to start Impeachment Proceedings against Cheney. Even if they fail, the information about his treasonous methodology  needs to be disseminated everywhere. Dick Cheney is a maelstrom who has more than earned the right to be called to task…

Cheney needs to feel the pain he has caused this country and others but I don’t know if it will be in his lifetime. I hope there is an afterlife where he sits in his own personal theatre and sees on the screen all the people he has hurt with his actions thru his lifetime. I guess you would call it a life review, similarly to “It’s a Wonderful Life” and “Scrooge”, Cheney would see all the pain and death he has caused . I can dream a little.
I just read that the NYTimes has hired William Kristol. I wrote you how upset I was that the one magazine Newsweek I subscribe to had hired Rove well, now I have to convince my husband to drop the NYTimes. I have been very disappointed with the op-eds of late but now I find this latest developement intolerable. I don’t want a penny of mine to go to this creep.

    Joyhollywood,
I love the premise. An angel visits Cheney and shows him how much better the world would have been without him, and he commits suicide. “It’s A Wonderful Life” in reverse!
