Right now, Obama’s on Dave Letterman. He’s absolutely terrific. Watching it, it’s hard to imagine people voting for anyone else. This is the kind of setting where Obama sparkles – an open conversation with someone who wants to talk about the actual issues of the Presidency and the country’s future direction. The lipstick on a pig thing got a few laughs, then they moved on without Obama accusing anyone of anything. The word that comes to mind is "refreshing." It’s refreshing to hear him have an opportunity to discuss what the President’s race is about instead of responding to the "dirty trick" du jour…
