Obama to blame for something about the oil spill? Had he thrown government money and resources at it, he would’ve been a big spender. If he didn’t, he was indifferent. Although there was no good course for him to follow, I think he probably did follow the wrong not good course. I expect it was the same situation FDR was in when in 1937, he prematurely shut down the New Deal and precipitated a Recession. But reasons aside, Obama made a mistake. Insisting that BP take responsibility looks like leaving us at the mercy of BP. I expect it will be an expensive miscall. At least that’s how it looks right now. And Florida has a lot of coast…
