This is truly remarkable. As we all know, in order to avoid the request for the missing White House emails or any information about the missing White House emails, the Bush Administration has recently declared that the Freedom of Information Act does not pertain to the Office of Administration of the White House. Now, that’s quite a claim, since the White House web site not only disagrees with what the President’s Counsel says, it gives the procedure for how to make such requests. At least it used to say that way back in August 11, 2007. Now, it says that the Office of Administration is exempt from F.O.I.A. requests.
Do they think we’re idiots? We have "The Google!" As anyone knows, "The Google!" holds onto pages in a cache. So, the new page is here. The old page is currently cached here. Just in case they figure out what cache means and start messing with "The Google!", like everyone with any sense might do, I’ve saved the BEFORE and the AFTER to my server. The old page has a link to a "handbook" to use for such requests, but that link is now inoperative…
Check them out! Talk about "cooking the books." Of course, C.R.E.W. [and half the Internet] is onto them. This seems like a big legal boo-boo to me…
This is outrageous!! IMPEACH THE BASTARDS NOW!!!
