can’t find pictures on U.S. news?

Well, there sure aren’t many pictures on the news or on the Internet sites that show the March. 100,000 people is a lot. I don’t think that reporting 200 arrested actually covers the event or its meaning. I guess it’s going to take a lot more people than that to make it into an event. I wonder how many will make it “non-ignorable?” Maybe, instead of just having the kids that have to fight in it marching, some of us old people who are paying for it are going to need to make the drive next time.

Have you seen Farenheit 911? In the beginning of the movie it shows all the demonstrators out the day Bush was sworn in as president. On the way to the steps of the capital people pelted Bush’s limo with eggs. There were thousands of demonstrators visible for the entire ride but known of this was shown on network television. It was shocking to watch but all true. Michael Moore’s movie Sicko is quite shocking too. He interviews someone whose job used to be to try to find incorrectly filled out info on the form you fill out at the doctors office if you’re a new patient. Insurance companies hire people to find out this info because if you accidently check a box incorrectly the insurance company can deny payment because you lied on your form even if you did so by accident. The guy interviewed no longer works for the insurance company. Some people do have a conscience.
