huh?

Well, I’m not gone yet.

I just saw Chris Matthews on Good Morning America. He was explaining things – how things are. See, the country is deeply divided, and George Bush’s current program is to show he’s vulnerable to hear both sides. Bush is showing, according to Matthews, that it’s the war dividing America, not Bush.

What is the hell is he talking about?

Bush is this war. He made it up. He sold it on false pretenses. He’s kept at it, for almost three years. He bases all of his abuse of power on it. He preaches for it in every pulpit he can find. What in the hell is Chris Matthews talking about? They should change the name of his program Hardball to Screwball [and move it to CBN].

Okay, okay. He later redeemed himself by saying it was probably a presidential PR move, but still there’s nothing like an early morning rant to clear away the cobwebs…

Chris Matthews is irredeemable, methinks. He can’t stop himself from shilling:

“You have one guy Tom DeLay who lives in some sort of 20th floor apartment way down on Route 95, nothing special at all — I mean really lives basically, like a regular middle class person. He doesn’t live well at all.”

You can keep DeLay’s slush funds — I’d just like to get my hands on his frequent flyer miles.
