Tom Delay hints that he may run again in Texas after trying to convince everyone that he is actually a Virginia resident. Whether he runs again or not, he is a remarkably arrogant guy. And more than that, he is the most blatantly unprincipled politician since Huey Long. He has no qualms that his Virginia thing was a sham. His exit speech where he lectured about ruling "K-Street" with pride was unimaginable. His association with Abramoff and his money laundering were the height of folly. Where is his credential to lecture anyone? It’s almost like he’s bragging about the way he spread sleaze throughout Washington. He doesn’t even know when to lay low and let the dust die down. One might think that he’s decided to be some kind of a martyr for the Conservative cause, but it looks like he’s crazy enough to think he’s bulletproof. Kind of reminds one of the old proverb, "the bigger they are, the harder they fall"…
