1 Boring Old Man

It’s over. Ohio and New Mexico seal the deal. I don’t feel much of anything yet. I’m too caught up in the numbers and the anxiety from the last too many years. What a challenge Barack Obama faces in the year to come! It feels overwhelming to me, though he hasn’t seemed bothered by what’s coming. Certainly, he has an army of supporters and he’s got a plan. I personally think things hinge on his ability to quell the drain from the Iraq War, to get his line item cuts going on the National Budget, and his ability to maintain his momentum with his message of hope and change.
