I post this in conjunction with the British Chilcot Inquiry. Specific to Lord Goldsmith’s testimony today, the Davids Commission in Holland disagrees with his use of UN 1441 to justify invading Iraq. They say, "Hence, the military action had no sound mandate under international law."
