Awoke this morning as they were putting "shears" in place. The "shears" are there now [bottom] not yet "shearing." [I’m abandoning any plans I might have had for a second career in deepwater oil rig management].
They are trying to ooch the shears down and the cap is in place above the shears [at least that’s what it looks like to me].
