In the course of things, I ran across this report which seems relevant to the recent discussion of the Collaborative Care model [and likely has as much to do with its construction as any other factor mentioned]:

    Given the salary data, it seems clear that APN’s will eventually replace Psychiatrists as the Psychiatric Consultants to Care Managers. Psychiatrists will eventually be lumped in with the LCSW’s, PhD’s MFT’s in the Other Behavioral Health specialties category.
