That&#8217;s the person who is in charge of diplomacy, or at least it used to be. We hear about Condi, &quot;Will she be McCain&#8217;s running mate?&quot; or see her as a member of the Royal Court, but we don&#8217;t see her out stumping for any kind of diplomatic mission in the Middle East. <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">I hate the sexism of the analogy, but I sort of see her as something of a trophy wife to Bush &#8211; coiffed, well dressed, articulate, but not much of a real force in the government.
