It was built in the late 1950&#8217;s, and was kept secret until whistle-blower <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mordechai_Vanunu\">Mordechai Vanunu<\/a><\/strong> released pictures of it to the London Times in 1986.
