I revealed in yesterday’s taping of the McLaughlin Group<\/em> that Time<\/em> magazine’s emails will reveal that Karl Rove was Matt Cooper’s source. I have known this for months but didn’t want to say it at a time that would risk me getting dragged into the grand jury.<\/p>\n

Since I revealed the big scoop, I have had it reconfirmed by yet another highly authoritative source. Too many people know this. It should break wide open this week. I know Newsweek<\/em> is working on an ‘It’s Rove!’ story and will probably break it tomorrow.<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
We thought Fitzgerald had Rove. It was just a matter of time. Since then, he weaseled his way out of the whole C.I.A. leak case. Then came the U.S. Attorney Plan and scandal. He didn’t fare quite as well, having left the government probably in response – but escaped scrutiny until today. Will he beat this one too? Who knows? But, at least it has been served. It’s not a question of removing him from office like it was with Alberto Gonzales. He’s already fled [to spend more time with his family – his Fox News<\/strong><\/font> family].  They issue now is for him to either refuse to speak and be in contempt of Congress, or speak and be charged with perjury. I suppose that he could mount a defense and be exonerated because he’s really innocent – a victim of persecution by vicious Liberals…<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
