Specific to Lord Goldsmith&#8217;s testimony today, the Davids Commission in Holland disagrees with his use of UN 1441 to justify invading Iraq. They say, &quot;<strong><font color=\"#200020\">Hence, the military action had no sound mandate under international law<\/font><\/strong>.&quot;<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">Invading Iraq was neither legal nor right. That&#8217;s what you think. That&#8217;s what I think. That&#8217;s what any person of conscience thinks.
