Then in 1941 came and he levied a tax on the rich that was impressive [even oppressive] and the wealth inequity compressed. In a variety of ways, he actually <strong>redistributed the wealth<\/strong> and put stops in place to keep the concentration of wealth in check for the future. That&#8217;s not <strong>communism<\/strong>, that&#8217;s <strong>good capitalism<\/strong>. He put the money back in circulation to pay the working middle class &#8211; our parents &#8211; and re-established a free market economy. If the wealthy abuse the system, they get punished, as they should.
