It&#8217;s an interview of one of their interviewers, James Fallows. Often, blog posts summarize articles, quoting a few things to get at the heart of the piece. I expect I&#8217;ll come back in a bit after digesting this one and try to do that, but I really think this one&#8217;s for reading. The Atlantic Monthly web access is for subscribers only, so if you&#8217;re not such a person, this issue [August] is plenty worth reading somewhere.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">What this article is about is such a departure from what we&#8217;ve been reading that it&#8217;s a breath of fresh air. It&#8217;s about the War on Terror, as a <u>success<\/u>, and how to end it effectively as we pull out of Iraq.
