Here&#8217;s his letter to the stockholders in 2010 [click on it for a fully readable copy]:<\/div>\n<p align=\"center\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/1boringoldman.com\/images\/br-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"396\" border=\"1\" src=\"http:\/\/1boringoldman.com\/images\/br-1.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brainresource.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><u><strong><font color=\"#660033\">Brain Resource<\/font><\/strong> <strong><font color=\"#660033\">site<\/font><\/strong><\/u><\/a> is somewhat labyrinthine with quickly spinning cubes, so rather than follow its organization, I&#8217;ll try to parse out what he refers to as their three key products [click the icons to go to the area of their web-site]:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<div align=\"justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mybrainsolutions.com\/brain-training\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"60\" hspace=\"4\" border=\"1\" align=\"left\" src=\"http:\/\/1boringoldman.com\/images\/br-4.jpg\" \/><\/a>This first product is available to individuals or as the letter says to employers for their employees. Essentially it involves taking an <strong>on-line test<\/strong> to determine your <strong>brain profile<\/strong>. Based on that assessment, you receive a <strong>prescription of brain training exercises<\/strong> that involves on-line <strong>games and interactive videos<\/strong>. There&#8217;s a personal <strong>dashboard<\/strong> that tracks your progress as you repetatively go through these brain training exercises. Their description of the <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mybrainsolutions.com\/Pages\/BrainResourceScience.aspx\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><font color=\"#200020\">science<\/font><\/strong><\/a><\/u> of this system is explained on the site.<\/div>\n<div align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"322\" vspace=\"5\" height=\"215\" border=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/1boringoldman.com\/images\/br-11.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<div align=\"justify\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.brainresource.com\/WebNeuro\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"60\" hspace=\"4\" border=\"1\" align=\"left\" src=\"http:\/\/1boringoldman.com\/images\/br-5.jpg\" \/><\/a>Their second product is billed as solutions for clinical management and seems to be aimed at the Primary Care market to screen for emotional health [and more]. The format seems to be similar, at least at the start &#8211; a web administered psychometric test or series of tests generating an immediate report. It&#8217;s actually two different products BRISC and WebNeuro that differ in aim and complexity.<\/div>\n<ol>\n<div align=\"justify\"><strong><font color=\"#44a77b\">BRISC<\/font><\/strong>: This is a fairly straight-forward screening questionaire. BRISC identifies core domains of brain health relating to both  Self-regulation and Feelings. It consists of 45 questions and takes 5-10  minutes to complete. Why are you reviewing a company that sells self-help brain training programs and mental health screening for GP&#8217;s offices?&quot; Fear not, we&#8217;re about to be picking up steam. So far, Brain Resources is a small company doing web-based brain training and neuro-psychiatric<\/em><em> assessment<\/em><em>s using proprietary instruments. Their markets are individuals, corporate clients, and general physicians offices for mental health and some mental illness screening. Their financial growth has been moderate, but steady since they started.
