Okay, I do have something to say after all. There’s a lot of speculation about why Ted Wells didn’t put Scooter Libby and Dick Cheney on the stand. Some think it was too dangerous to subject them to the rigors of Patrick Fitzgerald’s cross-examination. Some think that Wells thought he’s gotten enough doubt into the mix.

I think it’s because he’s guilty.
