I didn’t watch The Path to 911, either night, so all I’ve seen are Internet clips from the movie. But Rachel Sklar has one on The Huffington Post that’s really amazing.
Remember when Condi Rice was being questioned about that memo the month before 911? The one she said didn’t matter, it was "historical?" And the she was asked the title, which was,"Bin Laden determined to strike in U.S."
It was one of the most amazing pieces of silliness in this whole story – that they ignored this very explicit memorandum. Well take a look at the footage from the movie. It’s hard to imagine that someone would think they could distort recent history that much and get away with it. Either they think we are beyond dumb, or they are desperate, or both.
Truly remarkable…
